A Pessoas e Sistemas, empresa de Consultoria na área da Gestão e dos Recursos Humanos e com atividade nas áreas de Recrutamento e Seleção, Formação e Consultoria, procura para uma multinacional sua cliente candidatos com o seguinte perfil:

Accounts Payable Manager
 (m/f)

 

Perfil:

·        Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance or similar

·        Professional working proficiency in English;

·        10+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent;

·         Good knowledge of IFRS;

·        Experience managing people in a SSC or GBS environment;

·        Costumer Focus: internal & external client, excelent service oriented.

·        Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software

·        Strong interpersonal skills for interacting accountants, clients, and upper management

 

Função:

·        Determine structure and division of task within the AP department;

·        Establish quantitative and qualitative targets for the department and the team members;

·        Conduct evaluation meetings and provide direction where necessary;

·        Resolve complex invoicing issues and overdue accounts with vendors;

·        Setup internal auditing system to ensure quality and accuracy in accounts payables;

·        Review monthly journal entries and perform account analysis for reporting to management;

·        Ensure compliance and ensure all internal and external accounting standards, policies and procedures are followed;

·        Provide support related to annual and interim audits in close cooperation with other departments and auditors;

·        Control the service delivery accounts payable and meet service levels and performance standards set;

·        Secure the process effectiveness and efficiency in accounts payable and optimize processes in close cooperation with defined departments;

·        Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management

·        Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.

·        Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.
