General Ledger Specialist (m/f)

Pessoas e Sistemas provides consulting services and integrated management of Human Resources. We are hiring for a Multinational German Company, candidates with this characteristics:


General Ledger Specialist


Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting;

 3 to 5 years of experience in similar areas of business, preferentially in accounting;

Proficiency in the English (mandatory);

Knowledge of IFRS;

Good communication skills, teamwork and flexibility.



Responsible for general ledger, treasury and tax reporting, focused in developing and maintaining 

financial statements for the entity under its responsibility;
 Develop and mantain the accounting system and its documentation for the entities for which its responsible;

 Document and prepare the necessary information for all financial transactions to be carried out;

Realize cash and bank accounting;

Prepare and execute month-end closing;

 Validate intracompany balances;

 Review of transitory accounts;

 Monthly analysis and validate Financial Statements;

 Monthly IFRS reporting package preparation and submission;

 Prepare the necessary information to audits (internal and external), maintaining the necessary contact 

with the stakeholders involved;

Support on the audit process, locally and central, providing all the necessary clarifications and documentation;

 Main contact of the General Manager of the entities under its responsibility for Finance & Accounting topics.
