IT Customer Success Specialist (m/f)

Customer Success Specialist and technology-driven innovator

Pessoas e Sistemas is a management and human resources consulting company, whose main functions are consultancy, assessment and performance, recruitment and selection, and outsourcing. We are looking for: 

 

  • AI Customer Success Specialist (m/f)

 

Profile: 

       Bachelor´s degree in Business, IT or related field;

       At least 4 years of experience in technical roles related to customer service innovation;

       Proficiency in working with APIs integration (REST, SOAP), understanding of SQL queries and database management; 

       Experience in Microsoft Power Apps, AI models and deep understanding of AI Tools;

       Strong capacity for problem-solving and innovation; 

       Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

       Identify and implement appropriate technologies to meet operational and customer needs, with a focus on improving customer experience through LiveChat, WhatsApp Bussiness, and chatbot automation; 

       Design, implement, and test new processes or technology solutions that have an impact on improving customer service;

       Analyzing customer data, integrating various software solutions, and enhancing system functionalities;

       Actively implement automation solutions, ensuring high accuracy and swift responsiveness in customer service operations;

       Continuously monitor and analyze various facets of the call center, as well as, relevant departments and operations, along with customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
